Key Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Quality Control: Monitor work quality and compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Conduct inspections and resolve any issues related to workmanship or materials.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Address and resolve any site-related issues or delays.
